Refund and Returns Policy

At One Whey, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality, authentic supplements. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and nutrition supplements, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.

A return request may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
  • The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof such as unboxing video and images may be required

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred from our side

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Damage caused due to improper handling after delivery
  • Change of mind or taste/flavour preference
  • Failure to follow recommended usage instructions

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
